Step-by-Step: The Construction Timeline
- Week 1: Site Prep & Framing – Concrete footings were set below the frost line, and pressure-treated joists were installed on 12” centers for structural support.
- Week 2: Decking & Rail System – Trex boards were laid using hidden fasteners, and a vinyl railing system was mounted to complete the frame.
- Week 3: Details & Finishing Touches – We added fascia, wrapped posts. The jobsite was fully cleaned, and the deck was ready to enjoy.
